Oracle Customer Experience Cloud (Oracle CX Cloud)
Oracle CX Cloud Suite empowers organizations to take a smarter approach to customer experience management and business transformation initiatives by providing a trusted business platform that connects data, experiences and outcomes. To help organizations further drive predictable and tangible business results, Oracle extended Oracle CX Cloud last week with the introduction of innovative new technologies, such as chatbots and artificial intelligence, as well as enhanced mobile, video, and social messaging capabilities. In last quarter (Q3 FY’17) alone, Oracle added 480 new Oracle CX Cloud customers and 586 customer expansions.
Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud (Oracle HCM Cloud)
Oracle HCM Cloud provides organizations with modern HR technologies that enable collaboration, optimize talent management, provide complete workforce insights, increase operational efficiency, and make it easy for everyone to connect on any device. In last quarter (Q3 FY’17) alone, Oracle added 206 new Oracle HCM Cloud customers and 217 customer expansions.
Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud (Oracle ERP Cloud)
Oracle ERP Cloud provides organizations with complete, modern and proven ERP capabilities across financials, procurement, and project portfolio management, as well as Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Supply Chain Management (SCM), to help increase productivity, lower costs and improve controls. In last quarter (Q3 FY’17) alone, Oracle added 564 new Oracle ERP Cloud customers and 120 customer expansions.
